Pearl Lower Elementary

I am thrilled to introduce myself as your child's Kindergarten teacher for this school year! My name is Jessi Monts, and my heart overflows with love and joy as I embark on this journey of guiding young minds towards growth and success.

Pearl is not just a place I call home; it's a community where I have deep roots, as I am a proud product of the Pearl Public School District. I reside here with my loving husband, Tyler, and our two wonderful sons, Wyatt and Warren. Being part of the Pearl Lower Elementary family brings me joy, given that it is a place where I have dedicated nine years of my professional career.

My journey in education began as a Kindergarten assistant teacher, and now I am beginning my eighth year as a certified Kindergarten teacher. In December 2015, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a focus on grades K-6 from Delta State University. Additionally, I also hold a certification in Secondary Education for Social Studies, covering grades 7-12.

When it comes to your child, please know that they will be cherished, cared for, and supported with all the love and tenderness they deserve. Together, we will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where their little hearts can flourish and their curious minds can thrive as sweet kindergarteners. Their growth and development are my wholehearted commitment, and I couldn't be more honored to be their teacher.
