PHS Summer Reading Lists
Students enrolled in the following courses are required to do summer reading; Accelerated English I, Accelerated English II, AP English III, Dual Enrollment COMP I, and Dual Enrollment American Literature. You are responsible for having the book(s) read on the first day of school. Please click on the link, PHS Summer Reading Lists, to visit the Registration Site. There you will be able the access the PHS Summer Reading Lists under the Supply/Reading List link. If you have any questions, please contact the English Department Chairperson Heather Westerfield (hwesterfield@pearlk12.com). * ALL Advanced Placement English III and Dual Enrollment students must complete the Summer Reading Assessment Sheets. These may be accessed under the same link. Students enrolled in regular English I, II, III, or IV do NOT have summer reading.
